More About Spencer: He's the Head Coach and Founder of Power and Grace Performance as well as the Strength and Conditioning Director for Hebron Christian Academy. His day-to-day includes helping develop high school and middle school athletes to increase their performance on their chosen field of play. He also coaches athletes all over the world in the sport of Olympic Weightlifting working with athletes of all levels from beginners to Olympic medalists.
